The Inverted Warehouse
4,000 workers, massive inefficiency, and nobody could see the pattern. A digital twin and evolutionary neural network simulations showed why: the entire layout was inverted, products stored in the wrong locations.
Somewhere along the way, everyone signs a quiet agreement not to notice what's broken. I never signed it. I look with an open mind, and I build what the looking finds.
Two decades of looking across
Proof
Not pitches. Not projections. Things that happened when someone finally looked.
4,000 workers, massive inefficiency, and nobody could see the pattern. A digital twin and evolutionary neural network simulations showed why: the entire layout was inverted, products stored in the wrong locations.
A global challenge in AI-powered sales intelligence that teams across multiple countries had tried and failed to solve. A working solution was built and deployed in two weeks. It is still running.
A regulatory compliance gap in tracking and reporting sat in plain sight, exposing the operation to significant financial risk. A custom tracking system, integrated with existing operations, closed it.
The established research networks were still demoing conversational AI when a working platform was already in the field, running live studies across more than fifteen countries. It shipped what the incumbents were still two years from building.
A catalogue of millions of items across separate marketplaces is where most integrations quietly fall over. This one did not: more than five million SKUs kept in sync across two of the largest online marketplaces, live and holding at scale.
Method
The broken thing is rarely hidden. It sits in plain sight, behind "that's just how it works here". Walk the floor, read the raw data, question the accepted.
No favourite tool, no fixed answer. Digital twins, neural networks, computer vision, custom sensors: the problem chooses the instrument, not the other way around.
Seeing it is half the work. The other half ships: full-stack custom platforms, built when off-the-shelf can't cut it, run in production for years.
The workshop
Software, AI, hardware. When the vendor wouldn't share the protocol, we reverse-engineered it. When off-the-shelf broke down, we built the thing.
